It has been less than a hundred days since Trump has been in office. Let us just say, he brought the showmanship. From DOGE to tariffs, Trump does not disappoint. DOGE has become so popular among voters that local states are using it too. Florida’s Governor Ron DeSantis is determined to find and cut waste.
In Part 1 we recognized who were the main recipients of free government money. Money from agencies like DHS, HHS, FEMA, and USAID. Agencies that just give our tax dollars out like candy. The two main nonprofits that worked with the Biden/Harris administration and the Democrats were the Tides Foundation (George Soros) and Arabella Advisors (Bill Gates). The two biggest recipients of money from USAID were the Tides Foundation and Arabella Advisors. The Bill Gates foundation, Arabella Advisors, received $1.7 billion alone.
What did they do with that money? Surely the 11th richest man in the world, does not need my tax dollars to be a philanthropist. Are you telling me Bill Gates gets a government handout? Arabella Advisors plays Santa Claus. All year long giving gifts to every left liberal anti-Republican group. Yes, even places in Florida get Bill Gates Money.
How does it affect you as a taxpayer? How does giving your tax dollars to agencies that spend it overseas hurt you? How does giving tax dollars to left-leaning groups hurt a Conservative Florida? The state of Florida has the 3rd best economy in America. The politicians in charge want to control that money. To control that money, they need to be elected. To get elected, the Democrats write a letter to Santa, or Bill Gates, and ask for billions. Politicians can use that money to get re-elected, for grants or as a handout to get a vote.
On Apr 17, 2023, The Bill Gates foundation announced a call to all. USAID is now calling for private sector and civil society collaboration in support of their Fund. The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation will invest in your projects.
What does Arabella Advisors run? Are there any of these agencies in Florida? Why do Bill Gates and Arabella Advisors get money from USAID? At least forty-two current Gates Foundation employees came from the USAID agency, many having occupied senior posts. The Democrat political machine is nothing more than nepotic handouts to each other. The money goes from one left leaning group to another. All to defeat Republicans. Why is this a problem for Florida Republicans?
The Gates Foundation, a liberal, globally minded nonprofit organization, pours hundreds of millions of dollars per year into pro-abortion and reproductive health initiatives. They also fund efforts to combat climate change, and grants to liberal advocacy organizations. Additionally, the foundation has transferred tens of millions of dollars to arms of the Chinese government in recent years. Gates was a major donor to former Vice President Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign and has defended USAID against Republican critics.
And the left is losing their minds over Elon Musk getting involved in America politics. The misinformed have no clue. Bill Gates has been affecting politics and election results for decades. All with your government tax dollars. At least Elon is using his own money to save America or better yet hard work and grit to save Americans money! The Gates Foundation is using your money to destroy Florida and America!
Arabella Advisors (Gates foundation) gives to the Soros group. And the Soros groups give right back. One agency, the Ford Foundation, receives funding from Arabella Advisors and then the Ford Foundation gives the money to left leaning groups that round up voters. One group is LULAC. LULAC receives funding from various sources, including the AT&T Foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Ford Foundation.
LULAC (League of United Latin American Citizens) is an organization across the United States. They hold voter registration drives, citizenship awareness sessions, sponsor health fairs, and raise scholarship money. The organization is committed to protecting and advancing civil rights for the Latino community. Ensuring access to healthcare, education, and economic opportunities. And most of all, ensuring a just and equitable path to citizenship. These words come from their website. An equitable path to citizenship, on your tax dollars. That is un-American.
LULAC received money from HHS, DHS, FEMA, and the Biden Administration. From 2021 to 2024, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) significantly increased grants for migrants, amounting to over $22 billion. The funding included cash assistance to purchase cars and homes, as well as support for startup businesses.
LULAC engaged with Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to present a strategic plan with three pillars. Border safety, security increased legal migration, and an integrated refugee workforce. LULAC supports the Biden Administrations policy that would give more than 500,000 refugees from Venezuela political asylum.
What politicians in Florida pushed for the Venezuelan applications and extension?
On Jan 5, 2021, before Biden was sworn into office. Democrat Representatives Darren Soto (FL-09), and Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL-23) introduced the Venezuela TPS Act of 2021, H.R. 161. The legislation designates Venezuela for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), protecting approximately 200,000 Venezuelan nationals in the United States from deportation. It ended up being over 1 million refugees from Venezuela. The legislation automatically designates eligible Venezuelans for TPS for an initial period of 18 months, with the option of renewal. Under TPS, Venezuelans would be shielded from deportation and granted work authorization. The Venezuela TPS Act also provides for individuals to travel abroad for emergencies and extenuating circumstances.
Do you think those 1 million Venezuela refugees voted Democrat or Republican? That was not good enough for Soto and the Democrats. In June of 2022, Democrat Representatives Darren Soto (FL-09) and Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL-23) introduced H.R. 7854, the Venezuelan Adjustment Act. Which would adjust the legal status for certain Venezuelan nationals to that of lawfully admitted permanent resident if they meet certain criteria. Permanent residents can vote in Florida.
So, let us get this straight. USAID uses tax dollars and hands over billions to the Gates foundation. The Gates foundation gives money to a group called LULAC. They use that money to advance the lives of Latino people. People living here and the people illegally entering the US. The Biden administration allows millions to flow illegally through our border. The politicians in Florida where the illegal immigrants went, make laws. Laws that benefit these refugees. They use the word refugees in the bill, not illegal immigrants. Then those refugees vote for the Democrat politician who gave them a new life. All of this with your tax dollars Florida. They did not stop there; no, they went even further.
On Dec 23, 2024, just before SANTA BILL GATES comes. Democrat Representatives Darren Soto (FL-09), Maxwell Frost (FL-10) and Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL-25) drafted a letter to President Joe Biden and U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, urging the Department to extend and redesignate Venezuela for Temporary Protected Status. Currently, the 2023 redesignation is set to expire on April 2, 2025, and the 2021 extension is set to expire on September 10, 2025.
The Democrat support for refugees with temporary status, now includes 1 million permanent residents of Florida. Last month Democrat Representatives Darren Soto (D-FL-09), Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL-25), Maxwell Frost (FL-10), and Frederica Wilson (D-FL-24) announced the re-introduction of H.R. 1348, the Venezuelan Adjustment Act. To adjust the status for certain Venezuelan nationals to that of lawfully admitted permanent resident (LPR).
The Department of Homeland Security provided the exact process for immigration services. LULAC even urges the immigrant community to be cautious of unscrupulous actors posing as attorneys. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas even spoke at the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) Legislative Conference in Washington, DC, where he assured their members that they would get citizenship.
Maybe that is why 16 million illegal immigrants came to our border? Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas told them too. Arabella Advisors and LULAC booked their trip for them. And you the American taxpayer, you, paid for it. But wait there is more! Then, the citizens of Florida pay extra to house them, educate them, feed them, and give them proper healthcare. Making it harder for Republicans to win elections. The refugees become Democrat registered voters.
The Ford Foundation gave Arabella’s nonprofits $25 million. Many of its grants specify public health and education as their targets, yet even these philanthropic-sounding purposes are focused on political advocacy, social justice, and narrative change.
Even the left-leaning Washington Post further criticized Arabella Advisors Sixteen Thirty Fund as a “big campaign donor”. The Sixteen Thirty Fund supports Democrat politicians in Florida and hides money through nonprofit organizations.
Fix Our Senate is not a standalone nonprofit. Instead, it is a project of the Sixteen Thirty Fund. A nonprofit which specializes in creating advocacy campaigns like Fix Our Senate, focused on promoting far-left political causes. While masking their affiliation with the Sixteen Thirty Fund or Arabella Advisors. The Fix Our Senate does not file IRS Form 990 reports or publicly disclose its budget or the board of directors. That is why they call it dark money. Dark money does not only affect Florida politics, but it is also worldwide.
Sixteen Thirty Fund or Arabella Advisors (funded by USAID through the Bill Gates Foundation) also uses Foreign Money to Influence American Elections.
The Sixteen Thirty Fund is a hub of undisclosed political spending. It serves as a fiscal sponsor for other organizations, incubating and financing various progressive projects. Arabella and its nonprofit dark money funders channel hundreds of millions of dollars to left-wing organizations. They set up fake websites professing to be standalone nonprofits, which are really projects of Arabella.
From fighting the Supreme Court, to suing Trump, to boosting ballot measures by changing laws on voting. The new thing is getting an amendment on the ballot. Florida had numerous amendments on the November 2024 ballot. From legalizing abortion to legalizing marijuana. The redistricting occurring now is the redrawing of congressional and state legislative districts to adjust for uneven growth rates in various parts of the state. Districts determine which voters participate in which elections. This is happening right now in Florida, and it will affect the GOP lead they hold in most counties.
Amy Kurtz, Sixteen Thirty Fund’s president, has called the organization’s dark money spending just “playing by the rules”. Americans for Public Trust released the latest version of its report detailing that Sixteen Thirty Fund spent millions in state ballot issues. In total, Sixteen Thirty Fund has poured more than $115 million into ballot issue campaigns over the last several election cycles. Changing how we vote, to change how we live.
Is that the job of a non-profit that uses our tax dollars?
Dark money in 2024 kept Nikki Haley in the race against Trump. The Berger Action Fund is a nondescript name for a group with a specific purpose. Hansjörg Wyss, a Swiss billionaire, used tax dollars to influence the world of American politics and policy. As a foreign national, Wyss is prohibited from donating to candidates or political committees. But his influence is still broadly felt through millions of dollars routed through a network of nonprofit groups that invest heavily in the Democratic ecosystem.
He is member of the board of the Center for American Progress, a think tank with close ties to the Democratic establishment. He has disclosed giving over $208 million to Sixteen Thirty Fund. Sixteen Thirty Fund, Bill Gates and his Arabella Advisors helped get Joe Biden elected in 2020. They were also helping Kamala Harris in 2024 against Donald Trump.
The Women in the Digital Economy Fund (Wi-DEF) is a pooled partnership founded by USAID and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. It aims to close the gender digital divide by identifying, funding, and accelerating evidence-based, proven solutions. Kamala Harris signed the Wi-DEF bill.
On March 12, 2024, Kamala signed The Women in the Digital Economy Fund (Wi-DEF). A five-year $60.5 million investment to accelerate progress on closing the gender digital divide. USAID administrator Samantha Power worked with Kamala Harris on the bill, which was just to reiterate, funded by USAID and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. First announced by U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris in Accra, Ghana in March 2023. Wi-DEF will now begin identifying, funding, and accelerating investment in proven solutions to close the gender digital divide.
USAID will commit up to $50 million of your tax dollars. The Gates Foundation will commit $10 million by the end of 2026. With at least half of these commitments focused on Africa. In addition to its commitment to Wi-DEF, the Gates Foundation has committed to invest $40 million toward closing the digital gender divide in Africa and South Asia. Giving our tax dollars abroad. USAID envisioned using the Women in the Digital Economy Fund to rally stakeholders. Not anymore, that money is gone.
Even in 2025, dark money is trying to darken Florida politics. Josh Weil, a Bernie Sanders backed Democrat ran against Randy Fine in a special congressional election in Florida. Josh Weil in February of 2025, said he raised $900 thousand. A month later in March of 2025, he suddenly and miraculously raised almost $10 million. That is dark money. Weil outraised his opponent by almost eight million dollars and still lost.
The dark money flows. Especially through Orange County, Florida. That is why Orange County Florida was one of the few counties in Florida that voted for Kamala. Dark money keeps that area blue. Republicans never have a chance to really gain momentum. The money from Bill Gates, George Soros, and the USAID, fund the Democrat political machine of Orange County.
That is why Governor DeSantis has every right to use DOGE in Florida. It is our money. The term “Don’t New York my Florida”, rings a bell. This means when you relocate here from the north, leave your politics behind.
The same could be said about the Gates Foundation and their agencies. The amount of dark money funneled into Florida all goes to left-leaning policies and agencies. We as taxpayers, are funding the opposition to defeat us and our values. Florida is a red state. Trump won almost every county in Florida in 2024. Gates is bringing his politics to our home.
DeSantis must investigate the dark money flowing into Florida. Like fluoride in our water, this will contaminate Florida. His wife will not stand a chance in 2026. If she runs for governor, she will have multiple challengers. The Trump team is putting up Byron Donalds to run for governor. Power attorney John Morgan has announced he is not supporting Democrats. Instead, he is supporting and running himself for the position. Plus, the Democrat nominee, that still must be announced. Fair and honest elections should be the goal for Florida. That does not include my tax dollars!
