What Does Bill Gates (Arabella Advisors, Gates Foundation) and George Soros (Tides Foundation, EWMI Inc., Open Society Foundation) have to do with my tax dollars? They received billions in 2024 from USAID, FEMA, DHS, HHS, and the Biden Administration. Do they “Funnel” it down through the ranks? From one NGO to the next. Do they hand out your tax dollars like candy on Halloween? Do they repay all THEIR FRIENDS? Really the question is, how, who and where does my money go? To explain this to the doubters, saving tax dollars through DOGE really has any effect. Look at it this way.
The Daily Wire reported that 97% of reported political donations made by USAID employees during the 2024 election cycle went to Democrats. The money gets funneled right back to them so they can remain in power by forcing voters to vote or lose free tax dollars. Creating fraud, waste, and corruption.
To me, USAID stands for something different. United States Agency for International Development (USAID). It is a US agency that helps develop foreign countries by handing them US tax dollars. A more fitting acronym for the letters USAID is United States of America Investing in Dictators. Dictators that will listen to, tow the line for, and push the ideas and thoughts of those behind the money. Handing over billions to foreign leaders and never asking for accountability. Never a checks and balances approach, just spending.
We have been handing over billions since September 4, 1961, when the U.S. foreign assistance program was created. Where did it go? To fight The Russians, again! To advance our values during the “Cold War”. In 2001, the budget was $21 billion. That does not include foreign aid and military aid that we also give directly to other countries. Compare to the USAID budget request from the last year of the Biden administration. It was $42.8 billion for foreign assistance, which is $411.5 million (1 percent) above the FY 2023 Estimate.
In 2023, President Biden’s budget was reserving $63.1 billion for foreign aid, and earmarked $32 billion specifically for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). It makes total sense now when Trump asked the President of Ukraine about having a list of where all the money went. Zelinsky does not know. President Zelinsky never responded, avoiding the question. He will never let us know. Zelinsky and Trump did not even agree on the financial number that we gave them in total aid. President Zelinsky says $163 billion, President Trump says $300 billion, and the fake news has another number! No one knows where our tax money went, until now.
It starts with handing billions to billionaires. What? Our US government is giving billionaires your hard-earned money. Philanthropy means giving my tax dollars away. Yes, my tax dollars and your tax dollars! There is just so much information to unfold.
The two biggest donations that USAID made were to the Tides Foundation and the Arabella Advisors. Bill Gates and George Soros two MEGA-BILLIONAIRES getting billions of US taxpayer money to fight the Conservative Right. They fought the Trump movement and the will and soul and eventually the back of every tax paying American. There is no movement, no far-left group, no antifa cause. There is no BLM revolution, no strain on our Democracy, No Constitutional Crisis, or even pro-abortion protesters who even care. They were all paid to be there. USAID Philanthropy?

Following The Money from USAID to Florida
The money from USAID goes to Legacy Media and Fake News online as well. From paid rioters to fake protesters. NGOs like Catholic Charities that use tax dollars to gain support and parishioners through “caring and kindness”. And that is not even the horrifying part.
The truly scary part is the money given to groups who give it right back as a campaign contribution. Groups like LULAC and the Ford Foundation. They are “awarded” funds to then contribute to colleges, international groups, lobbyists, and activists. They endorse candidates, set up PAC’s, think tanks, corrupt nonprofits, and support each other. They funnel it back to local politicians, action groups and voters that thrive on the taxpayer’s dollars.
This money is how they win elections. Stealing taxpayers’ money is how they get the funds to run. We must ask the question. Did voters vote in fear? Did people vote for Democrats in fear of losing funding? With the reaction from every Democrat politician after cutting USAID funding, it looks like we hit a nerve. An expensive nerve too!

Arabella Advisors is the most powerful and, until recently, the least-reported player in Washington politics. In just five years, they raised revenues an incredible 405 percent, from $332 million in 2015 to $1.7 billion in 2020. That includes doubling its income since 2019.
What Does Arabella Advisors Do with all that money?
Arabella Advisors gives money to groups like the Sixteen Thirty Fund. Arabella Advisors Sixteen Thirty Fund helped pass Obamacare. In 2009, it donated $3.6 million to Health Care for America Now (HCAN). A 501(c) formed by the Bermuda-based foundation Atlantic Philanthropies to create an echo-chamber campaign to help pass Obamacare in 2010. Health Care for America Now (HCAN) was credited to play a significant role in creating the blueprint for the law that became Obamacare. HCAN is a left-wing issue advocacy coalition created to promote passage of Obamacare.
In 2007, left-wing activist Richard Kirsch wanted to create a large coalition of liberal groups to advance a common vision of the changes they wished to make to American health insurance coverage. Once a vision was agreed upon, the goal was to sell it with a comprehensive advocacy campaign, beginning during the 2008 Presidential election. After the election of a friendly Democrat to the White House, the coalition would lobby to get its plan passed into law. So, the Obama’s knew about corruption and USAID funding and did nothing.
The Sixteen Thirty Fund was active in the battle for the House of Representatives in 2018, assisting Democrats and trying to seize back power after Trump’s rise. Spending $11 million in the 2018 Colorado elections on ballot measures, lobbying, and Democratic super PACs.
The Sixteen Thirty Fund spent $410 million in the 2020 election cycle, which was more than the DNC spent that year. The year of the basement politics. The Sixteen Thirty Fund have fiscally sponsored at least eighty of their own groups. Bankrolling those entities in a way that leaves almost no paper trail. They operate under dozens of different trade names with titles like “Floridians for a Fair Shake” and “North Carolinian’s for a Fair Economy”.
They are the reason the 2022 “Red Wave” never came into shore. The Sixteen Thirty Fund spent $196 million on protecting abortion rights and helping Democrats in the 2022 elections.
In 2024, when Republicans kept scratching their heads. Wondering why Nikki Halley would not drop out and endorse Trump and unite the party? “Dark Money” is evil. In 2020, the Sixteen Thirty Fund gave $10.5 million to the conservative group, Defending Democracy Together. Which supported Nikki Halley and ran advertisements against Trump in the 2024 Republican presidential primary in New Hampshire. The campaign for Haley to call the organization “an unaffiliated outside group that has nothing to do with our campaign.”
Mike Pence and Nikki Halley both benefited in the 2024 elections from Dark Money politics. Super PACs and other political committees supporting Democrats have reported about $85 million in political contributions. All from dark money groups and shell companies during the 2024 cycle. The money that went to Republican candidates exclusive of Trump, was Nikki Halley, Mike Pence, and former NJ governor Chris Christie being among the highest.
Craig Holman, a money-in-politics lobbyist at the watchdog group Public Citizen. Noted that these kinds of groups have become increasingly common. He called the social welfare organizations run by potential candidates an “abuse of the tax code.” “Even though they are masquerading as a non-profit working on some social welfare cause, their real intent is to promote the candidacy of the affiliated office holder or candidate,” Holman said. The 2024 election cycle is on track to be the fourth consecutive cycle where Democrats benefit from more dark money than Republicans, though a lot can change during an election year.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis announced the creation of the Florida State Department of Governmental Efficiency (DOGE) task force. The Florida version of the DOGE task force is expected to eliminate waste within the state government, save taxpayers money and ensure accountability in Florida in what it claims is an effort to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse.
