Imagine if you sat down to watch Law and Order with your family. The first half hour police officer Lenny Briscoe solves the crime and arrest the perp! They took him to jail! This is the Law version of the show. The first half hour. Then the court case starts, the other half hour of the hour-long episode. The Order segment, you cannot have law without having order. The whole part that makes the title pop. The law is Briscoe breaking down the criminals. The order part is the DA and the Judge throwing the book at the guy in the courtroom.
Imagine if the judge dismissed the case, there was no evidence. The DA agrees and sets the criminal free with no bail, no ankle bracelet, and no record. The show would suck. Every episode would make no sense. Our crime and punishment system are not set up that way. You speed while driving, you get a ticket. You lie like a kid, and get sent to time out for five minutes, it is simple. Mom is the judge. Dad is the DA and little Tommy in time out, is the criminal!
If the judge does not sentence the criminal in Law and Order, then the next episode will be Briscoe looking for the same person who commits the same crime. Creating another victim. Sounds familiar America. Repeat offenses. It is the same story on the news every night. The same criminal, with multiple crimes pinned on home, out committing more crimes. He was deported twice but is back in the country and now a US judge is his public defender. Stop the insanity, please. You are ruining Law and Order forever!
The same judge who is supposed to uphold the laws of America. Sentencing people to pay for their crimes, his job as a judge. Is now telling the Trump administration that they cannot deport criminals that committed a crime and are illegally here.
Just like Obama, disobeying the laws, and disaster ensues. He had to push for the dreamers, not the citizens. Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) is a United States immigration policy that Obama passed. It allows individuals who were here before June 15, 2012, and are physically present in the United States. Even with no lawful immigration status after having entered the country as children illegally, are now eligible for citizenship, and their families.

Three days at Disney, two days in the hospital, and they fly home with a US citizen as a baby souvenir. Hotels in California advertise to Asian markets that you can have a baby in the hotel during their stay.
A couple in 2024 in California ran a tour guide office that specializes in booking Birth Tourism packages. A Southern California couple was running a business that helped pregnant Chinese women travel to the United States without revealing their intentions to give birth to babies who would automatically have American citizenship. Federal authorities searched more than a dozen homes across Southern California in 2024, to crackdown on so-called birth tourism operators. People who authorities said encouraged pregnant women to lie on their visa paperwork and hide their pregnancies and helped the women travel to deliver their babies in the United States. Lie!
Just like Obama, Joe Biden started the next illegal immigration fiasco. Allowing millions to come into the country and forcing Americans to pay the bill. Again, flying people into the country to live as US citizens. Just by walking on our soil, now you are a citizen of the United States. That must be special grass under their feet.
Give me a break, it takes a lot more to be considered an American. It does not start by breaking the law, I can tell you that. Everyone who came over any US border during the Biden administration, they broke the law. The first act they committed in my country was an act of crime.
Now a judge who is supposed to uphold the law, is now changing the law on his own. If working with a Drug cartel to enter the country illegally is not a crime, then why is Jay Walking. If paying a cartel to break the law, it is not against the law, then what is. Illegally trespassing through a border, then committing a crime and not being accountable for it. What gives. What Law and Order series is that one, because I do not want to watch it.
Is this the Mafia or America! Is Tony Soprano going to come out of nowhere and tell Trump to look the other way and hand him an envelope over the table at an Italian restaurant. Fuhgeddaboudit!
Trump is doing a thing called work, I know after COVID and staying home locked up, going back to work sounds crazy. To anyone who was over thirty-five years old when COVID hit, it is normal. It is called getting back to normal. The problem with this generation of Americans and the Democrats today.
When I was a kid. I would wake up, get a bowl of cereal, and watch 30 minutes of cartoons every weekend. I did not look at my phone and rehash every comment and news feed known to man. I woke up to nutritious breakfast (or so we were told), media that was child appropriate (GI Joe), and played all day using my hands, my mind, and my body outside. Today you grab your phone look at fighting, sex, violence, and a tyrant yellow haired leader (or so we were told)! Now it is Starbucks or McDonald’s and logged in all day playing video games. The whole time glued to technology that has pop ups, spam, inappropriate content, and no filter. Not so healthy!
Cartoons only played when kids were awake when I was younger. The internet is a 24 hour a day information teething tool. Take it away, and we scream. Power goes out and we lose our senses, no electricity!
So, when I hear MAGA, or making America great again. I think of those mornings every time. I think of not worrying about who is trying to harm my country, Republicans or Democrats. Because I know they both love America and I am safe. Is that too much to ask!
We cannot go back to 1980 so I can watch GI Joe and eat cereal (the no frills brand from Pathmark)! I got it, Elon has not made a Time Machine yet. What a lazy billionaire! Then is it too much to ask a judge who took an oath to uphold the law and keep society safe? Is it too much for them to enact the laws and help authorities keep the streets safe? By putting away criminals, deporting drug gangs, and making crime go down. You know free up time so the Police, Emergency Services and the Fire Department can do the jobs they were set up to do.
Now I am 50 years old. Instead of cereal and milk, I have whiskey while I watch TV. So do your jobs judges, or every episode of Law and Order, should only be a half hour long. The Briscoe half!
