The largest wave of illegal immigration in history (2021-2025) recently ended. The Executive branch will now face the challenge of enforcing the law. The Legislative branch shares this responsibility. They must close existing loopholes. Only then can they restore credibility to our immigration system. The Democrat party has shown the true reason they want open borders. To create chaos and recruit voters.
America is too kind as a country, and the politicians are taking advantage of it. The open border policy has failed our cities, our economy and is tearing our country apart. These solutions will end illegal entry immigration. It will end incentives to come to America. And these solutions will secure America from international gangs and overseas Fentanyl.
E-Verify bill directs the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to create an electronic employment eligibility confirmation system. This new system is modeled after and will replace the E-Verify system. Which allows employers and recruiters to verify the immigration status of individuals. The bill also mandates the use of such a system. Currently, only some employers, such as those with federal contracts, are required to use E-Verify.
The first step to knowing who is in our country is, we must E-Verify them all. During the Biden administration the southern border seen over 3 million got aways. Illegal entry immigrants that evaded ICE, Border Patrol and have entered America illegally. The 119th Congress should make E-Verify permanent and mandatory within one year. It should require Social Security, Internal Revenue, and Homeland Security to collaborate on a program to identify unauthorized aliens, many of whom also commit some form of identity fraud or theft.

We have let this go for so long, there is now such a thing as Birth Tourism. Also known as maternal tourism, pregnancy tourism, or maternity tourism, birth tourism is the practice of pregnant women traveling to another country to give birth. It is typically done to ensure the children will be granted citizenship in that country, as opposed to where their parents reside. Parents can also fast-track their naturalization in the country where their child is born. In the U.S., children born of birth tourism can sponsor their parents for citizenship once they turn 21. For decades China and other countries have taken advantage of this tourism practice.

End the Visa Lottery, or green card lottery, faces uncertainty as it faces cancellation, citing national security concerns as the main issue. Established in 1990, the program grants 55,000 visas annually to underrepresented immigrants. Well what program did the Biden administration use to allow 16 million into the US illegally. The legal way, Visa Lottery, is being cut because we have our surplus of immigrants.

This provides incentives for employers to hire foreign students from U.S. colleges instead of American graduates for high-skill jobs. We have enough college graduates looking for a job with student loans that have to be paid back.
The 119th Congress must end all Visa categories that undermine American workers. We have thousands of higher education facilities that have students looking for careers. We are undermining our own education system by hiring foreign educated students.
Stop Asylum Abuse, by allowing sympathy and lawyers to determine our countries’ immigration laws. Every illegal entry immigrant had to work with their own country and the cartels at the border before the entered America. This law will end asylum fraud and close loopholes to prevent future border surges for good.
President Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy is officially known as the migrant protection protocols, first implemented by the Trump administration in January 2019. The protocols allow the U.S. government to return non-Mexican asylum-seekers (who entered the U.S. via the southern border) to Mexico to await immigration proceedings. Will now include sending immigrants with criminal records to foreign prisons.
