Trump Derangement Syndrome

Do You Have TDS, Trump Derangement Syndrome? TDS leads to Socialism and Communist thoughts. See a Patriot as soon as possible before symptoms worsen!

Despite the usage of the term syndrome suggesting a medical condition, TDS is not an official medical diagnosis. Trump derangement syndrome is not recognized as a legitimate mental disorder. No version or draft of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders of the American Psychiatric Association recognizes it. It is also not recognized by law in any U.S. state.

Minnesota State Sen. Glenn Gruenhagen (R) introduced a bill in March 2025. The bill seeks to classify “Trump Derangement Syndrome” as a mental illness. It also aims to incorporate it into the state’s legal definition through amended statutes. The bill has proposed that the “syndrome” is the “acute onset of paranoia in otherwise normal persons.” This reaction is to the policies and presidencies of President Donald J. Trump. It should be recognized in legal and medical contexts. The bill also states that the symptoms may include “Trump-induced general hysteria.” This results in difficulty distinguishing between legitimate policy differences. It becomes hard not to notice signs of psychiatric pathology in President Donald Trump’s behavior. It can manifest as “intense verbal hostility toward Trump” and “overt acts of aggression and violence” towards Trump and MAGA supporters.

We have all observed the tiff between Elon Musk and Donald Trump. The truth is a non-elected government official can’t work more than 4 months at a government agency. The duration of volunteer work for the U.S. government can vary depending on the agency and the nature of the volunteer role. Generally, volunteer assignments can last from 3 to 4 months. Elon’s time was up; he had to go or give up his fortunes and be paid a government salary. Trump had to move on, and then Elon contracted TDS. Elon was just treated like any other normal volunteer in the US government. Elon did not like being treated like a normal American who follows the rules. Elon’s despise of the rules has turned into Trump Derangement Syndrome. The recent deportations and ICE arrests are the same emotion. Trump is following the law or the rules, and the people being arrested are not happy. Elon you are worth billions, get over it. Or have AI make you a new emotion?

The Ten Stages of Trump Derangement Syndrome and it’s symptoms.

Donald Trump pisses people off. Maybe no one more than Hillary Clinton. Trump used to have a great relationship with her husband and former president Bill Clinton. Trump was a mega donor for Hillary when she ran in the state of New York. But when Trump ran in 2016 something or someone flipped the switch in Hillary’s angry brain. Since losing in 2016, Hillary has been committed and diagnosed with TDS. Hillary lost the election in 2016 because she had a trust issue, that voters could not overlook. America chose Donald Trump in 2016 to lead the country. Hillary Clinton never recovered from her infection. TDS goes right to the brain and eats your common sense away. The first symptom that effects the patient with TDS is lack of Common Sense.

Adam Schiff has been the public face of the impeachment investigation. He has been driven to shape a narrative and was interviewing the unknown witnesses. Schiff has made up more stories than Dr. Seuss. From the fake Russia collusion to the phony Ukraine phone call scandal. Schiff was behind both fake impeachments of Donald Trump that went nowhere. So much anger against Trump that jeopardizing his soul means nothing. Second symptom that effects TDS patients, gaslighting and lying. Lying is a way a patient can normalize their erratic behavior and manner. Schiff uses gaslighting to distract and fool the American voter.

Nancy Pelosi has no trouble showing her hate for Donald Trump. Her hate for Trump has caused her not to seek another term. Not in private and not in public. Nancy has called Trump a “domestic enemy”. Nancy is the Democrat who caused the J6 fiasco. She canceled security, extra police and requested national guard assistance. Why? Because she knew how angry America was. They were planning to do whatever it took to get Trump back in office. Nancy hates Trump because he has done everything she has not done as a politician. Love his country. Nancy suffers from phase three of TDS. Cutting her nose despite her face. She hates Trump so much she now hates America. A Chinese spy since she was elected as a Senator.

Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R), once said in 2018: “Trump Derangement Syndrome is becoming a major epidemic among Democrats.”

Fox mocks Trump with statement on debate skipping poll, suggesting he maybe withdraw from the 2016 elections. Fox host said Trump should drop out of a Fox-hosted Republican primary debate. Fox had learned from “secret” sources Trump might be treated unfairly as president by foreign leaders. If we listened to Fox News and the source, we would never have MAGA.

Symptom four of TDS, FOMO. The fear of missing out made these news outlets create fake news. Why? To become the first news agency to break a story, but Trump needs no press. He is his own PR team and billboard in one. Fake reporting has created the term Trump calls the news agencies, “Fake Media”.

CNN called Trump the business tycoon and TV personality, capping his improbable political journey with an astounding upset victory in 2016. In 2020, CNN called him the most dishonest politician in history.

Rep. Warren Davidson (R-OH) introduced the Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) Research Act of 2025. This bill would direct the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to study the psychological and social roots of what is known as Trump Derangement Syndrome. A phenomenon marked by extreme negative reactions to President Donald J. Trump.

Kathy is at stage five of TDS, Lack of Creativity. Incapable of holding down a job or continuing your career before getting infected by TDS. The stage also lasts for decades and can be called a career ending injury. It is like a virus, and it spreads to other hosts. When Kathy was on CNN continuously, their ratings plummeted.

In 2016, Vance wrote in a private message to his former law school roommate: “I go back and forth between thinking Trump is a cynical a**hole like Nixon who wouldn’t be that bad or that he’s America’s Hitler. How’s that for discouraging?” JD Vance suffers from stage six of TDS, infatuation and reality. When you hit stage six you have spent a lifetime of believing everything you hear. JD was no different than a silly little schoolgirl. Like a roadie backstage waiting her turn. When JD Vance was picked for VP by Donald Trump, his life and mind changed. Meeting Trump is like an out of body experience. It turns people from haters to believers. Getting to know Trump is a soul cleansing experience. You realize that the people in the movies and in history books are sitting right in front of you. His name is Trump.

Urban Dictionary offers this definition: “Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is a mental condition. In which a person has been driven effectively insane due to their dislike of Donald Trump. To the point at which they will abandon all logic and reason.”

Stage seven of TDS, comparison disorder. Anything Trump can do you think you can do better. You suffer from thinking you can do anything better than Trump. Trump has built not one but two cities in America. New York and Atlantic City, NJ. Trump has made famous more athletes than NIKE. Trump has helped and given jobs to millions of Americans before politics. You can admire him and compete against him. But do not think you can out smart him. Stage seven will tear you down and make you irrelevant in your own world.

Stage eight of TDS, underestimating the Man, the Myth, the Legend. Mitch suffers from TDS like most men that suffer with the disease. They are impotent and unable to muster up a hard reply when the opportunity comes up to defend or word wrestle Trump. Stage eight of TDS makes your words scramble and creates a mumbling effect. Almost like a deer in the headlights. Unable to move or create any sensible words or vocabulary. Twice in 2024 when Trump was clearly winning in the polls and after his victory in November. Mitch lost all train of thought and went stroke like. Unable to continue his speech, Mitch was escorted off the stage. Unable to continue, unable to answer a question and unable to be a leader in a MAGA world.

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s running mate Nicole Shanahan put out a “Trump Derangement Syndrome” ad that went viral on the social media.

The ad pokes fun at people who dislike President Trump. Stating they have “Trump Derangement Syndrome” and the ONLY cure is independence.

James suffers from stage nine of TDS, committing a criminal activity. Some people suffer from such anger towards Trump that it makes them lose their moral compass. Even the director of the FBI, the highest law enforcement leader in the world. Will commit a crime because the patient is so infected with TDS. TDS replaces common sense and morality in the brain of an infected person. The disease eats away all knowledge of laws and civility. Infected individuals blame others or spouses for their erratic and childish behavior.

The Final stage, number 10, of TDS is denial. See that is the worst and most sickening part of Trump Derangement Syndrome. There is “No Cure” to date. No vaccine or antidote. The vicious cycle continues because Donald Trump is a Metaphor. A Metaphor for America. You cannot buy a Trump; trust me they tried. You cannot copy a Trump; it will break the machine. All you can do is find out what made a Trump and try to copy it. America makes a lot of Trump’s, that is the worst part about stage ten. The vicious cycle in your brain continues, because America keeps producing. Americans or made in America only makes quality, strong dependable products. Being made in America is so different than most other countries. Stage ten can simply drive a person to go mad or rabid. A sense of craziness that destroys legacies. You go thru all the stages of hating on Donald Trump and all the while you destroy your own life. Your hate for Trump, your derangement made you fail. When Joe Biden had a chance to be the greatest president in American history. He had the House, the Senate, the Courts and the Media. He still destroyed everything, including his family’s legacy. The word Biden now means Shit.

Since President Donald J. Trump took office 100 days ago, it has been a nonstop deluge of hoaxes and lies. These come from Democrats and their allies in the Fake News who suffer from terminal cases of Trump Derangement Syndrome.

In no particular order, here are some of the most egregious hoaxes peddled by the usual suspects so far in President Trump’s second term:

HOAX: Fake News CNN tried to “fact check” President Trump’s claim. He said the Biden Administration spent millions on “making mice transgender.”
FACT: Their so-called “fact check” was thoroughly debunked. They were forced to update it in disgrace. They had to admit the claim was, in fact, true.

HOAX: The Fake News claimed the Department of Defense removed Gen. Colin Powell’s name from a list of notable Americans buried at Arlington Cemetery.
FACT: No service members’ names were removed from that section — and Gen. Powell’s name remains among those listed.

HOAX: Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) claimed “no president” presided over more plane crashes during their first month in office as President Trump.
FACT: “There were 55 aviation accidents in the U.S. between Biden’s inauguration on Jan. 21, 2021, and Feb. 17, 2021, compared to 35 during the same period for Trump,” Fox News reported.

HOAX: Gov. JB Pritzker (D-IL) and Chicago Public Schools officials claimed ICE agents had conducted a “raid” at an elementary school. They did so without bothering to verify. This was a false claim echoed by media outlets, including the Chicago Tribune.
FACT: It was actually the U.S. Secret Service investigating a threat unrelated to immigration.

HOAX: Far-left influencers made false claims about the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). They said Elon Musk wanted to “cut Social Security.” These claims were inaccurate.
FACT: They were referencing an interview with Musk. He was clearly referring to the tremendous amount of waste. There was fraud and abuse within entitlement programs.

HOAX: The media smeared DOGE as “young, inexperienced engineers” engineering a “government takeover.”
FACT: In reality, DOGE is led by seasoned industry professionals. This includes successful CEOs who paused their lives to aid in streamlining government and holding the bureaucracy accountable.

HOAX: NBC’s Peter Alexander falsely claimed that “constituents in some traditionally red districts” were unhappy. He lied about President Trump’s effort to cut waste, fraud, and abuse in government.
FACT: The same “protests” cited by the Fake News were funded and organized by far-left special interest groups.

HOAX: NPR claimed NASA astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore were stuck on the International Space Station. They were there for more than nine months. This occurred due to problems with their spacecraft. They were “not stranded.”
FACT: NPR itself had described the astronauts as stranded in prior reporting. They seemed to take issue with the description only after President Trump made it a priority to bring them home. Elon Musk also prioritized their return.

HOAX: A foreign Fake News outlet reported that President Trump “shut down” the British prime minister during a news conference.
FACT: In reality, President Trump was simply moving on. A reporter was trying to goad the two leaders into division.

HOAX: NPR falsely claimed the White House was actively searching for a new secretary of defense.
FACT: This lie was immediately shut down by multiple Trump Administration officials, including President Trump himself.

HOAX: The Fake News tried to portray illegal immigrant gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia as an innocent “Maryland father.” They claimed he was unjustly deported by the Trump Administration. Additionally, they actively censored the truth about him.
FACT: Abrego Garcia is a citizen of El Salvador. He was deported to his home country because of overwhelming evidence of his gang affiliation.

HOAX: Deranged “filmmaker” Michael Moore questioned whether deported illegal immigrants would go on to cure cancer. He also wondered if they would stop “that asteroid (sic) that’s gonna hit us.”
FACT: Moore’s statement was a strong early contender for the dumbest statement of the year. It was deemed ridiculous, considering those deported illegal immigrants were violent criminals.

HOAX: The Fake News portrayed Mahmoud Khalil as a pro-Hamas radical who led violent protests at Columbia. They depicted him as an innocent graduate student with an absolute right to remain in the U.S.
FACT: An immigration judge ruled Khalil — who is not a U.S. citizen — can be deported.

HOAX: The Financial Times reported that Senior White House Counselor Peter Navarro wanted to remove Canada. He allegedly aimed to cut Canada from the “Five Eyes” intelligence sharing network.
FACT: Mr. Navarro immediately shut down this fake story.

HOAX: A foreign Fake News reporter claimed President Trump referred to European nations as “parasites.”
FACT: President Trump promptly pushed back on this ridiculous claim — as did the Italian prime minister.

HOAX: Fake News CNN’s Brianna Keilar implied the Trump Administration was somehow wrong. She suggested it was wrong for stopping illegal immigrants from stealing taxpayer dollars in the form of welfare benefits.
FACT: Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller summed up the situation by embarrassing her with the facts. “The federal government will find EVERY illegal alien who is stealing American taxpayer dollars. That’s what Americans expect to happen. I don’t even fathom the premise of your question.”

HOAX: A favorite refrain of the Fake News is that Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., is “anti-vaccine.”
FACT: Kennedy debunked the lie in his confirmation hearings: “This has been repeatedly debunked.” He mentioned that bringing this up right now is dishonest.

HOAX: WIRED falsely claimed the Social Security Administration is “shifting its public communication exclusively to X” under President Trump.
FACT: Not happening.

HOAX: Reuters falsely reported that the Trump Administration “stalled a United Nations program in Mexico.” The program aimed to stop imported fentanyl chemicals from reaching the country’s drug cartels.
FACT: The Department of State is actually trying to expand the initiative.

HOAX: Fake News savant Tara Palmeri falsely reported that President Trump’s proposal for Gaza was conceived by Jared Kushner.
FACT: The Trump Administration immediately debunked this lie. They stated, “The worst reporter in America makes up fake news for clout because she has no real sources. Sit down, dummy.”

HOAX: Sen. Chris Murphy, Rep. Jasmine Crockett, and media outlets made a claim about President Trump’s directive. They suggested it meant an end to Medicaid, food assistance, and other individual assistance programs.
FACT: Individual assistance programs — Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, SNAP, etc. — were explicitly excluded, as was made clear by Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt and the Office of Management and Budget. Only unnecessary spending — DEI, Green New Scam, NGOs that undermine the national interest — were included in the directive.

HOAX: A “physicians advocacy group” was widely cited as opposing President Trump’s nomination of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., to lead the Department of Health and Human Services.
FACT: The “advocacy group” was really an astroturfed partisan organization funded by prominent left-wing donors — and accepted fake signatures.

HOAX: Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) and other Democrats pushed the lie that DOGE posted “classified information” on their website.
FACT: That alleged “classified information” was really just an employment headcount — which has been publicly available for years.

HOAX: Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) claimed Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem called all Venezuelan immigrants “dirtbags.”
FACT: Secretary Noem actually called illegal immigrant members of the vicious Tren de Aragua gang “dirtbags,” which is true.

HOAX: The New York Times wrote that Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., wanted to “ban fluoride in drinking water.” He also wanted to “reverse … one of the most important public health practices in the country’s history.”
FACT: New York Times did not mention their own reporting. They found that fluoride may be “linked to lower IQ scores in children.”

HOAX: Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) repeatedly lied about President Trump “going after” Social Security.
FACT: President Trump has repeatedly pledged to protect Social Security and make it more robust for American citizens.

HOAX: Sen. Mark Kelley (D-AZ) attempted to scare veterans. He shamelessly claimed their care was in jeopardy due to “layoffs” at VA hospitals.
FACT: The lie was debunked by Secretary of Veterans Affairs Doug Collins: “What changes are you talking about? We’ve not had those layoffs. I put $360 million back into community care. It’s worrying to me that a veteran would actually tell stories to veterans that are not true.”

HOAX: Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) discussed the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport plane crash tragedy. She claimed President Trump “froze the hiring” of air traffic controllers.
FACT: Air traffic controllers were exempt from the federal hiring freeze.

HOAX: Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) implied that “cutting” members of an aviation advisory committee was somehow related to the plane crash tragedy. She suggested it was a cause of the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport incident.
FACT: The advisory group hadn’t met since 2023. It was comprised of business and union leaders. They gave “advice” to the TSA. The group had nothing to do with actual air travel.

HOAX: A far-left writer claimed Elon Musk and DOGE staffers “illegally installed a commercial server. They supposedly used it to control federal HR databases. These databases contain sensitive personal information, such as SSNs, home addresses, and medical histories.”
FACT: A top official confirmed that there’s nothing illegal. There is no server. The claims are just more made-up tall tales from uninformed career bureaucrats.

HOAX: The Washington Post alleged the Trump Administration was setting “quotas” for immigration authorities. They gave the administration just four minutes to comment before publishing.
FACT: As usual, this was a fake story.

HOAX: Online liberal activists claimed President Trump “took down” President Obama’s portrait in the White House.
FACT: Obama’s portrait was not taken down — it was simply moved only feet away from its previous location.

HOAX: Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) claimed Attorney General Pam Bondi created a “weaponizing task force.”
FACT: It was a task force to END weaponization at the Department of Justice.

HOAX: CBS News reported that Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth ordered a “makeup studio” be installed inside the Pentagon.
FACT: It was a “totally fake story,” and the alleged studio was really an existing green room with no frills.

HOAX: Politico reported the Trump Administration was debating lifting sanctions on Russian energy assets, including the Nord Stream pipeline.
FACT: This was debunked by both Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Special Envoy Steve Witkoff.

HOAX: An illegal immigrant in U.S. custody “simply disappeared,” The New York Times reported.
FACT: The illegal immigrant was a confirmed member of the vicious Tren de Aragua gang. An immigration judge ordered his removal, and he was deported along with other threats to national security.

HOAX: The Wall Street Journal alleged that Special Envoy Steve Witkoff was receiving sensitive information on a personal phone. He was reportedly using it while in Moscow. They also claimed that Russian Intelligence must’ve had access to the information.
FACT: This was a total fabrication. Special Envoy Witkoff did not even have a personal phone with him in Russia. He had only a government phone; a secure line of communication.

HOAX: The Wall Street Journal claimed the Trump Administration “sought to portray” Kilmar Abrego Garcia as “violent.” He is a deported criminal illegal immigrant gang member.
FACT: Abrego Garcia’s own wife filed an order of protection against him. She testified that he brutally beat her.

HOAX: An AP reporter claimed that FAA staff worked on “radar, landing and navigational aid maintenance, among others.” They were reportedly “harassed on Facebook” by DOGE.
FACT: That was a total lie. DOGE doesn’t have a Facebook page and no professionals who perform critical safety functions were fired.

HOAX: The Daily Beast claimed Vice President JD Vance “broke one of the most notorious Vatican rules.” This happened during his Easter weekend visit. He was allegedly photographed in the Sistine Chapel.
FACT: Buried all the way down in the 14th paragraph, The Daily Beast admitted the vice president received special permission. The Vatican allowed him to have photographs taken inside the Sistine Chapel.

HOAX: Left-wing social media accounts promoted fake, AI-generated audio of Vice President Vance “disparaging Elon Musk in private.”
FACT: The audio was debunked as fake.

HOAX: The New York Times reported that funding for the Women’s Health Initiative was being cut. The Department of Health and Human Services was the source of this information.
FACT: Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., himself declared this Fake News and recognized the project is “mission critical.”

HOAX: Fox News’s Jennifer Griffin gave legitimacy to a hoax from delusional Reps. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) and Rosa DeLauro (D-CT). They claimed that Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth requested nearly $140,000 in “upgrades” to his government residence.
FACT: Secretary Hegseth debunked this lie. It was so outrageous that even the AP was forced to admit it was completely fake.

HOAX: Rep. Don Beyer (D-VA) and many others made claims. They said the Supreme Court ordered the return of illegal immigrant gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States.
FACT: Even CNN admitted that’s not what happened. “They did not order the administration to return him to the United States. They could’ve said ‘we order him returned,’ but they didn’t do that.”

HOAX: Joe Biden accused the Trump Administration of “taking aim at Social Security.”
FACT: As usual, he was lying — President Trump has repeatedly pledged to protect Social Security.

HOAX: Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) claimed the arrest of a Milwaukee judge who helped an illegal immigrant evade arrest was “unprecedented.”
FACT: It wasn’t it has happened before.

HOAX: Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) stated that the arrest of a Milwaukee judge was a “gravely serious action.” The judge helped an illegal immigrant evade arrest, which Baldwin considered drastic.
FACT: The judge violated the law by obstructing an ICE arrest of an illegal immigrant.

HOAX: Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) claimed the arrest of the Milwaukee judge who obstructed an apprehension of a criminal illegal immigrant. She said it “threatens the rule of law.”
FACT: It literally does the opposite because no one is above the law.

HOAX: Politico claimed the Trump Administration “wipe[d] out firefighter health and safety programs.”
FACT: The programs remain a top priority for the administration — and will remain intact.

HOAX: Sen. Elizabeth Warren claimed that President Trump’s policies make it so “no one wants to make investments in the United States.”
FACT: President Trump has secured more than $5 trillion in investments since taking office. This amount is expected to create more than 451,000 new jobs. The list of investments is only expected to grow.

HOAX: NBC’s Kristen Welker peddled a Fake News hoax that the Trump Administration was deporting children.
FACT: Secretary of State Marco Rubio shut down her desperate attempt at a hoax. He highlighted how the mother was in the country illegally. She made that choice all on her own.

HOAX: The New York Times implied President Trump was alone. It stated he wore a blue suit to the funeral of Pope Francis.
FACT: Photos show dozens of world leaders. Many other attendees are situated near President Trump. They are also wearing blue clothing.

HOAX: Teachers’ union boss Randi Weingarten accused President Trump of taking teachers’ salaries. She claimed that he gave them to “billionaires” by cutting the Department of Education.
FACT: President Trump has repeatedly called teachers “the most important people in this country.” He has stated that they should be paid more, not less. The federal government does not pay the salaries of teachers; state and local governments do.

HOAX: The Fake News and their predictable allies ran with a story. It claimed an American citizen was detained by authorities. This happened after he informed them, he was, in fact, a citizen.
FACT: That’s not what happened. The individual “approached Border Patrol in Tucson and stated he had entered the U.S. illegally through Nogales. He said he wanted to turn himself in. He completed a sworn statement identifying as a Mexican citizen who had entered unlawfully. A few days later, his family presented documents showing U.S. citizenship. The charges were dismissed, and he was released to his family.”

HOAX: PBS News claimed, “DOGE operatives attempted to gain access to secure spaces.” This statement implied they attempted to access classified information without approval.
FACT: This wasn’t even remotely true.

HOAX: The AP falsely claimed Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard made a statement about President Trump. They said he is “very good friends” with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The claim was incorrect. Tulsi Gabbard did not say this about President Trump.
FACT: The AP was humiliatingly forced to retract its story, admitting they were wrong. Stephanie Ruhle also had to issue a correction. DNI Gabbard was referencing President Trump’s relationship with Indian PM Narendra Modi.

HOAX: Student visa holders should have unfettered access to do whatever they want in the United States.
FACT: Wrong. As Secretary of State Rubio said, “when you apply to enter the United States, you have to get a visa. You are a guest. If you tell us when you apply for a visa ‘I’m coming to the U.S. to join in pro-Hamas events,’ that runs counter to the foreign policy interest of the United States. Such actions oppose U.S. foreign policy. If you had told us you were going to do that, we never would have given you the visa.”
